By creating a profile, user agrees to receive email communication from MHR. You may opt out of email communication by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email communication, or by emailing support@myhealtherecipes.com

MHR uses the User Profile to personalize recipe and meal recommendations.

However:

MHR does not guarantee that any recipe, meal plan, or ingredient suggestion will be free from allergens or meet specific dietary needs.
Ingredient formulations, supplier ingredients, and preparation methods may change without notice.
Cross-contact or cross-contamination may occur in food production or preparation environments.

MHR does not warrant that any recipe recommendation is appropriate for a user's medical condition, dietary restriction, allergy, medication regimen, or healthcare treatment plan.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing all ingredient labels, nutrition information, and allergen disclosures before consuming or preparing any food.

Nutritional values, calorie counts, and related information are estimates only and may vary based on ingredients, brands, preparation methods, and serving sizes.

MHR is not responsible for any adverse reaction, illness, injury, or damages resulting from use of the Site or its recommendations.
